Cervalis websites use forms that our visitors can use to request information about products and services. From these forms, we collect the following visitor information:

Choice
Cervalis provides visitors with a choice to participate in its data collection activities by submitting a web form for additional information on products and services. A web site visitor may simply elect not to submit the form. Data submitted to Cervalis will be used expressly for the purpose of communicating back to the customer additional information regarding Cervalis’ products and services.

Onward Transfer

Cervalis has appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of protected information. Cervalis will protect the confidentiality of its customers’ information, account information, and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent within the law and the legitimate business interests of Cervalis.

Data Integrity
Cervalis takes reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. Data submitted via web forms is used to contact the prospective customer to communicate additional information regarding Cervalis’ products and services. The communication back to the prospect may be in the form of an email response or telephone call.

Enforcement
In order to ensure compliance with the safe harbor principles, there must be readily available and affordable independent recourse mechanisms so that each individual's complaints and disputes can be investigated and resolved. Cervalis will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information originating from the European Union in accordance with the principles contained in this Privacy Policy. For unresolved complaints, Cervalis has agreed to binding arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association as well as the Safe Harbor Enforcement Principle. The exclusive location for such arbitration shall be Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America.
